My mantra for today

Sleep is a good thing.

I am not as young as I think I am and it doesn’t make me a wuss to go to bed.

I am not 20 years old anymore.  I need more than 14 hours of sleep in 3 nights.

I will be more productive and not feel like a slug if I get more than 14 hours of sleep in 3 nights.

When my husband is working nights, it is okay to go to bed.

Despite the fact that is can be a lot of fun to talk religion and politics with my oldest, staying up until 2:30 is not a good idea.

If I get more sleep, I will be able to help out on the editing jobs I have promised to help with.

    Yep, sleep is a good thing.:-) I love to have lots of it, but it seems that I am always sleep-deprived.:-)
