Saturday was the one day of BlogHer that had me letting my hair down…literally. It was so damned hot and sticky while we were in NYC that I had my hair up almost the whole time. But, on Saturday, I only had in the hotel conference events planned so it was time to let my hair down.
2 of the very best sessions I went to both happened to fall on Saturday. Early Saturday, I attended the kick ass session Erotica Out In The Open moderated by Twanna Hines (@funkybrownchick) with Arielle Loren (@ArielleLoren), Lauren Fleming (@QueerieBradshaw), and Sienna Jae Fien (@datingseniormen) on the panel. It was truly wonderful hearing all these bright, beautiful women discuss and ask thoughtful questions about sex and writing about it without giggling or embarrassment.
In the afternoon, I attended a session, My Blog No Longer Fits Me, hosted by the amazing Melissa Ford (@stirrupqueen) with Kathy Benson (@BereavedBlessed), Kirten Piccini (@KirstenPiccini), and Lori Lavendar Luz (@LavLuz) on the panel. I am honored to call each of these lovely ladies friend and wouldn’t have missed their panel for the world. They did a fabulous job.
In between all the session fabulousness, I saw incredible food art at the Dole expo booth…

smooched Zac Efron (sadly just his cut out in the OutMyWindow.com suite)…
And, despite not leaving the hotel (or maybe because of that), this post is growing too long. So, the last BlogHer’12 wrap-up post is scheduled for tomorrow…same bat time, yada, yada, yada.
So why didn’t you bring Zac to our panel session!?
